How can I sign in to my SIP account to enable voice call?

If your organization has voice call (SIP) enabled, "Voice call" option will appear in the project as well as in the personal conversation.

If you are not sure whether your organization has voice call enabled, please contact your Teampel administrator.

You can sign in to your SIP account to experience voice services as follows.

 

On PC:

Click the personal image in the upper left corner > "My profile" > "Sign in to SIP account" > Sign in with SIP password.

 


APP:

Go to "Contents" in the upper left corner of the window > Tap "My profile" on the top > "SIP account" > Sign in with SIP password.
