Description:

When using voice call on an Android device, you might receive the message “This feature requires floating windows to function. Please enable it in system settings” when clicking the button on the upper right corner.

Solution:

Go to “Settings” > “App info” > “Teampel” > “Display pop-up window” or “Display over other apps” (name may be different due to various manufacturers). When this function is enabled, you are able to continue operating the Teampel application while on a voice call.

Currently, no additional settings are required on iOS devices to support this function.
