Can I restrict member's permissions of task, document, and note in a project?
The project leader or administrator can set the permissions for members in the project in two ways: 1. when adding project members; 2. for current members.
When adding project members
- Click the leftward arrow in the upper right corner of the project chat window to expand the right panel.
- Click "Add" button in the member panel.
- Select the member to add > check "Custom member permissions";
- You can set the permissions of "Task", "Document", and "Note" for this member now.
For current members:
- Click the leftward arrow in the upper right corner of the project chat window to expand the right panel;
- In the member panel, right-click the member you want to edit the permissions > "Permission settings";
- Select "Custom member permissions";
- You can set the permissions of "Task", "Document", and "Note" for the member.
