- Click the left arrow in the upper right corner to expand the panel;
- Select the members whom you want to change administrator status in the member panel (multiple selections supported);
- Right-click the member and select "Assign as administrator (or Remove administrator)".
Tap "..." icon in the upper right corner of the project chat window to expand the hidden options > "Project member" > "Settings" in the upper right corner > "Promote to administrator" > select the member and click "OK". (To remove the admin role, select "Demote to member".)
